Video Case Study for KrookWood

As part of the comprehensive marketing support provided to Krookwood — one of over 40 medium and large businesses served over the past two years — the Miks Digital team developed a full-scale solution for the production of a professional corporate video: a brand image video featuring on-site production footage.

Challenge:


Krookwood lacked a short video presentation for two critical purposes:
A) Participation in international exhibitions and engagement with the B2B sector across European markets;
B) Expansion of existing B2C sales markets in Germany and the United Kingdom through digital channels.

 

Together with Krookwood, the key focal points of the video were defined as:

● Showcasing the company’s production facilities and technological processes;
● Highlighting the company’s environmental responsibility (certified materials, high-quality wood, energy-efficient equipment);
● Emphasizing the natural authenticity of the products through production processes integrated into a natural environment: from raw materials to finished products — everything is controlled on-site at every stage.

The first step was developing a script and directorial solution in the style of a caption-driven presentation video, under three minutes in length, with subsequent translation, professional voiceover, and subtitling in Ukrainian, English, and German. The shoot covered both b-roll production footage and interview elements with key company speakers.

"The video presentation became a critical tool within the company’s digital representation strategy for B2C audiences in Germany, the UK, and Ukraine. It was produced in a format easily integrated into e-commerce platforms, YouTube, and Meta platform performance campaigns.
As for international B2B events, we have already tested the video at several exhibitions across Europe — and have seen a 2–3x increase in the number of leads and contacts with potential partners," — says Yaroslav Halo, Head of Export at Krookwood.
