

Project to assist state universities in Eastern Ukraine.
Details such as communication strategy, communication style, visual presentation of the institution, relevance of communication channels define the university as a brand with which a future student wants or does not want to associate himself. These issues are relevant today for most universities in the country - Miks Digital helped to solve them for universities in Eastern Ukraine in a project initiated by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The war also brought the problem of the 2022/23 admission campaign for these institutions in conditions of partial relocation. Therefore, within the framework of the Miks Digital project, we also helped universities with support for admission campaigns on social networks and the creation of new, popular communication channels, design support for events and printing. Within this direction, we also supported the campaign of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “Study in Ukraine”.

In general, all universities received new or updated logos, high-quality identity and comprehensive detailed visual guidelines, ready-made developments and templates for further digital and offline communication, and corporate products.




The third objective of the project was to provide universities (directly to participating institutions and indirectly through training of MES employees) with the knowledge and tools to develop their own developments and build their own brands - a series of lectures, trainings, and workshops were held in 8 areas:
general communication strategy and development of a strategy for working with all relevant digital channels;
principles and mechanisms of creating content for social networks;
copywriting for digital channels, printing and press office management;
administration and editing of chatbots developed for institutions as part of the project;
basics of branding and visual brand communication;
Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads;
SEO optimization;
working with graphic editors.
Now universities will be closer to their potential students, they will be able to speak with them in one language – the language of a modern brand. We believe in Ukrainian higher education, we believe in Ukraine.
